Type a name — everyone on Turnout shows up here.
Host a party
Post it and everyone on here sees it live, instantly.
Ends at is just so people know when it winds down — nothing shuts off.
Locked in the database — only your guests can ever read it.
Everyone with a ticket gets the address immediately.
Anyone who claims a ticket instantly gets the address.
Check-in timestamps when people arrive, so this actually holds — and it gets everyone there early.
Short version first. The full documents are behind the tabs.
You need to be 16 or older. Turnout is for finding real parties with real people. Don’t use it if you’re younger.
Your name, ZIP, email, and profile picture. If you host, the party’s address. When you check in, the fact that you were there and roughly when. Photos you put in an album or send in a message.
A party address is only readable by the host and people holding a ticket — it is locked in the database, not just hidden in the app. Album photos are only visible to people who checked in at that party. Messages and the photos in them are only visible to you and the person you sent them to. Your home address, if you save one, is never shown to anyone.
Check-in compares your location to the host’s spot on your phone and sends the result, not a trail of where you’ve been. Party pins on the map are deliberately fuzzed until you’re in.
Fake parties, harassment, posting someone’s address without permission, photos of people who don’t want to be posted, and anything illegal. Report anyone doing it — every profile and party has a report option, and blocking someone cuts contact both ways.
Turnout helps you find a party. It doesn’t run it, vouch for it, or take responsibility for what happens there. Use your judgment, tell someone where you’re going, and look out for each other.
Profile → Delete my account removes your account, your parties, your photos and your messages for good.

Turnout is a small app for finding house parties, run by Cade DeLuca in Missouri. This explains exactly what it stores about you, who can see it, and how to get rid of it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.
Location is off unless you switch it on. When you check in, your phone compares where you are to the host’s spot and sends the answer — near enough, or not — not a trail of where you have been. Party pins on the map are deliberately imprecise until you are holding a ticket.
These are not just rules in the app — they are enforced by the database itself, on every single request, so a modified app cannot read around them.
There are no ads, no advertising trackers, no analytics SDKs, and no data brokers. Nothing about you is sold or rented, and nothing is shared with anyone except the services above that are needed to make the app work — or if the law actually requires it.
Your data stays until you remove it. Profile → Delete my account permanently deletes your account, your profile, your parties and their addresses, your photos, your messages, your friendships and your check-ins. It cannot be undone and there is no backup copy kept for you. Deleting a single party takes its address, album and guest list with it.
Every table has row-level security switched on, addresses and albums are gated by the database rather than the interface, and the app is served over HTTPS only. No system is perfect, so please tell us straight away if something looks wrong.
Turnout is for people 16 and over. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission to use it. We do not knowingly keep accounts for anyone under 16 — if we find one, we delete it. A parent or guardian can email us to have their child’s account and everything in it removed.
You can see and edit your profile in the app at any time, and delete everything in two taps. If you want a copy of what is stored about you, or want something corrected, email and ask — we will do it.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the app will show it to you again and ask you to accept it before you carry on.

Terms of Service · last updated 31 August 2026
These are the rules for using Turnout. Making an account means you agree to them.
You need to be 16 or older, and if you are under 18 you need a parent or guardian’s permission. One account per person, it is yours alone, and you are responsible for what happens on it. Keep your password to yourself.
This is the important one. Turnout is a place to list and find parties. It does not host them, organize them, inspect them, vet the people at them, or take any responsibility for what happens at one. Every party belongs entirely to the person who posted it.
If you host: it is your house, your guests and your responsibility — including following the law, and not serving alcohol to anyone underage. If you go: you are going at your own risk. Use your judgment, tell someone where you are going, and look out for each other.
Turnout does not process payments and never touches your money. If a party has a cover, it is collected in person by the host and settled between the two of you. The door tools in the app are a private tally for the host, not a payment system. Turnout will not referee a dispute about cover.
Your photos and messages belong to you. By putting them in Turnout you give us permission to store and display them to the people the app is meant to show them to — nothing wider, and nothing outside the app. Delete them and that permission ends.
Every profile and party has a report option, and blocking someone cuts contact both ways. We can remove any party, photo or message, and suspend or delete any account, if it breaks these rules or puts people at risk — usually with a warning, immediately if someone could get hurt.
You can delete your account whenever you want, from your profile. We can close an account that breaks these rules.
Turnout is provided as-is. It is a young app run by one person, so it may go down, lose something, or get something wrong. We do not guarantee it will be available, accurate, or free of bugs.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Turnout and Cade DeLuca are not liable for anything that happens at a party you found here, for what other users do, or for any loss, injury or damage arising out of using the app. Nothing here takes away rights you have that cannot be signed away.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
If these terms change in a way that matters, the app will show them to you again and ask you to accept before you carry on.
